Complete house rewire
This project was a complete house rewire which included installation of data sockets, phone sockets and TV sockets. We installed electric underfloor heating and dual fuel towel rail (meaning it can be run with your central heating during the winter months and just on electric during the summer months) in the Bathroom. Low energy recessed lighting in both the bathroom and kitchen. Also under cupboard lighting in the kitchen.
Stylish Bathroom Refurbishment
This Stylish Bathroom Refurbishment had numerous lights including a mirror cabinet with lighting, LED Recessed Lights plus a niche with a recessed light.
We also installed underfloor heating before the floor tiles were laid.
Plus we installed the electrics for dual fuel Towel Rail which means that in the winter months it is run with the central heating but during the summer months it is on an electric timer so that you still get to have dry towels.
This bathroom was originally a bedroom.
This project involved numerous lighting options:
- LED Recessed Lighting
- Up & Down Wall Lights
- A Wall Washer Light to highlight artwork
A grey finish fan to blend in with the colour scheme.
A dual fuel towel warmer meaning that it can come on with the central heating during the Winter months and on an electrical timer during the Summer months.
